Minimum Qualifications There are no education or experience requirements. Candidates must be physically able to perform the duties assigned.

Duties Description Will be required to assist with janitorial type work in the Warrensburg Office and Maintenance Center/Auto shop. Duties may include, but are not limited to: basic cleaning and disinfecting to include proper restroom cleaning, floor mopping/vacuuming, window washing trash collecting/recycling within office will need to be performed.
Set up conference areas to include chairs, podiums and related equipment for conferences, seminars and special events, as assigned.
Must be willing to work outside in adverse conditions during the winter to assist with snow removal from sidewalks and applying ice melt to sidewalks as needed.
May be required to perform routine and unskilled work such as carrying supplies and equipment, erecting ladders/scaffolding, assisting with cleanup at construction sites, preparing surfaces to paint and painting, loading and unloading vehicles.
Will perform general grounds maintenance tasks as weather permits.

Additional Comments Must be able to work in adverse weather conditions. Overtime may be required. Weekends and holidays may be required. Must be available for emergency response. Must be able to lift and move objects up to 40 pounds.


This is a hourly appointment currently funded through 3/31/2025, with a likelihood of continuing beyond that date. Program needs and funding will determine actual termination date. Actual work schedule, duties and travel requirements may vary and will be discussed at the interview.
