Job Specifics

Minimum Qualifications At least five years experience in manufacturing process of trade of which one year must be directly related to specialty. Three years supervisory experience. High school diploma or GED from State recognized educational authority. Must take and pass Civil Service exam when offered.

Duties Description Supervise and train incarcerated individuals in the course of manufacturing/production operations. Plan and supervise in production of manufactured goods, schedule production and incarcerated individual assignments; meeting goals and objectives, determine equipment, material, and inventory needs to meet production goals. Responsible for tool control, security of inventory; various reports and record keeping, evaluations.
