Minimum Qualifications There are no specific qualifications for this position but our ideal candidate should be proficient in Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Excel and Word.

Duties Description Parks HR is going digital! We would love for you to join our team as we modernize our filing systems. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to work hard and get their foot in the door in state government.

Duties:

Assist HR staff with the migration of current paper file system to a digital file system.

Performs general office duties such as copying, scanning, document filing, and organization.

Assist HR staff with LATS timekeeping, auditing, and COVID tracking.

Perform other duties as assigned.
