Minimum Qualifications One year of permanent competitive service as a Correction Classification Analyst (Health Services) or three years of permanent competitive service as a Senior Utilization Review Nurse, Infection Control Nurse, Nurse 3 (Correctional Services) or Nurse Administrator 1 within NYS Department of Corrections and Community Supervision
