Job Specifics

Minimum Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent, and 5 years experience in a manufacturing process or trade, including 1 year of supervisory experience, with 1 year of experience in specialty associated with the paranthetic (wood products manufacturing).

Duties Description Train Incarcerated Individuals (I/I's) to work within operation by explaining requirements and shop/department rules/safety practices and expectations. Demonstrates proper safety rules and shows proper use of tools/equipment in shop. Supervises and plans the process of producting manufacturing. Responsible for taking attendance and evaluating I/I's in shop. Responsible for tool control for shop.
