Must be reachable on the JR RENT EXAMINER civil service list used for the title or must be currently serving in a New York State civil service title eligible for 70.1 or 56.2 transfer

Duties Description Duties include- the review and process of incoming records access requests and subpoenas for rent records, screening and file creation, completing rejection and/or acknowledgment letters, computer entries of required information, retrieving rent records from various computer and unit/ file room sources, copying records, scanning records, redacting information in light of confidentiality requirements, transmitting records electronically and by postal mail, billing requesters, entering payments in a computer system, transmitting records to the court in time sensitive deadlines.
