Job Specifics

Minimum Qualifications Experience with Microsoft Office and Excel preferred.

Duties Description Working within the Special Licenses Unit, receive and process incoming mail; receive incoming phone and email communication and direct to appropriate staff for response; receive, screen, and review documents, forms and applications; print and mail documents; enter data and information and retrieve data and information from computerized systems; process revenue; organize and maintain records; print, mail, and scan documents; process and issue non-technical license applications.

Additional Comments Telecommuting may be available, will be discussed at interview.

This is a hourly appointment currently funded through 3/31/2024, with a likelihood of continuing beyond that date. Program needs and funding will determine actual termination date. Actual work schedule, duties and travel requirements may vary and will be discussed at the interview.
