Job Specifics

Duties Description STANDARD DUTIES:

Under the supervision of a Tax Compliance Representative 3, a Tax Compliance Representative 2 supervises a call center operation consisting of a team of Tax Compliance Representative 1's who contact employers in the collection of delinquent Unemployment Insurance returns, contributions, interest and penalties.

Minimum Qualifications MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Reassignment Qualifications:
Current Department of Labor employees only, with at least one year of permanent, contingent-permanent, or 55b/c service in an Tax Compliance Representative 2. If you have less than one year, you must be reachable on the current Tax Compliance Representative 2 eligible list for this location, if one exists.

70.1 TRANSFER QUALIFICATIONS:
Employees with one-year of permanent competitive service in a transferable title allocated to Grade 13 or higher, may qualify for transfer.

*Consecutive transfers cannot result in advancement of more than two salary grades or one M-grade.

Additional Comments Telecommuting options/hours will be discussed at the time of interview.

Fingerprinting/Background Check: This position requires a fingerprint/background check. There is no cost to candidates, fingerprinting fees are paid for by the Department of Labor. Candidates being considered for appointment will be provided a pre-paid code and instructions after the interview. Candidates with no previous state service will begin at the starting rate of the salary range listed above.
