Job Specifics

Duties Description Responsible for organization, coordination and execution of all facility intramural programs, tournaments and special athletic event. In conjunction with other facility rec staff assume responsibility for the maintenance of all sports equipment. Responsible for supervision of inmate staff assigned to the recreation programs. Coordinating non-athletic activities such as entertainment events and special events as well as supervising the RPL1 staff.

Minimum Qualifications Must currently work for the State of New York as a Recreation Program Leader 1 with one year of permanent service in the title.

Additional Comments This may be a provisional appointment pending taking the RPL-2 exam.
