Job Specifics

Duties Description The student intern will provide support to the overall operations of the Domestic Incident Reporting (DIR) Unit within the Office of Criminal Justice Records. Duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Performing data entry of domestic incident reports;
• Maintain the confidentiality of parties involved in domestic incidents;
• Review, organize, and prepare documents for scanning;
• Scan domestic incident reports into the Datacap system;
• Work in the fix-up queue to correct domestic incident report batch structures.

Minimum Qualifications Must be a current student enrolled in a matriculating degree program and have completed a minimum of one (1) year as a student at a degree-granting two or four-year college or university.

Preferred Qualifications: The preferred candidate would possess strong attention to detail and the ability to stay motivated during repetitive tasks.
