Job Specifics

Duties Description The SUNY Geneseo Facilities Department is looking for a reliable and dedicated individual to join our team as a Motor Vehicle Operator.

As a Motor Vehicle Operator, SG-07, you will be responsible for operating a variety of equipment and motor vehicles used in:
-construction
-maintenance and repair activities
-care and condition of campus grounds, gardens, athletic fields, walkways, parking lots, and roads

You will perform a variety of semi-skilled tasks in the construction and repair of buildings, roads, facilities, grounds, and other structures.

Minimum Qualifications Candidates must possess a New York State Driver’s License appropriate for the type of vehicle to be operated. Candidates may be required to possess a CDL Class A, B, C or General Class D license.

Applicants must be eligible to work in the United States without a visa sponsorship.
