Job Specifics
Duties Description Under the direction of the Food Service Worker 2, the Food Service Worker 1 is responsible for preparing and serving meals to the residents, ensuring that the residents on special diets receive the proper food for their condition. They will also clean the dining area after each meal and clean the kitchen with special attention to cleanliness and sterility.
Minimum Qualifications There are no education or experience qualifications for this class.
Preferred Qualification: The preferred candidate will have experience working in a kitchen doing a variety of tasks, be a team player, and be willing to go above and beyond.
Additional Comments Must be able to swing to all other shifts as needed. Will be scheduled a 12-hour day on weekend scheduled. Ability to work extra time is a requirement.

The salary range listed for this posting reflects the full range for this graded position and will be prorated based on the percent of hours worked.
