Job Specifics
Duties Description Direct or participate on projects which seek to improve or establish new agency or enterprise operations. Incumbents analyze current business processes; coordinate with stakeholders and other organizations; develop and implement changes; and assist with all phases of the project lifecycle.
The Bureau of Contracts e-contracting application Project Coordinator will be responsible for overall planning, directing and coordinating systems analysis, design, application program development, maintenance, implementation and quality assurance activities following CIO standards and Java frameworks and design patterns. The Project Coordinator will supervise a newly established team of professionals in maintaining, upgrading and/or replacing custom e-contracting applications.
Minimum Qualifications Minimum Qualifications:
The incumbent must have at least nine (9) years of general experience in Computer Programming, Systems Analysis and Application program development activities with demonstrated experience in JavaScript AND Two (2) years of supervisory experience.
Education Substitutions:
An associate’s degree may be substituted for two (2) years of general experience.
A bachelor’s degree may be substituted for four (4) years of general experience.
A master’s degree may be substituted for five (5) years of general experience.

Generally, employees new to OSC will be restricted from telecommuting for at least 8 calendar weeks. Generally, OSC employees may telecommute up to 5 days per pay period but may be approved to telecommute less.
