Job Specifics

Minimum Qualifications One year of permanent competitive or 55b/c service as an Office Assistant 3 Calculations (formerly: Principal Account Clerk), OR
Eligible for transfer via Section 70.1 of Civil Service law

Duties Description
Assign and direct the work of subordinate clerks.

Support Facility Business Offices.

Coordinate all OCFS Bank Account activities.

Prepare and submit required banking reports monthly and annually.

Safeguard agency funds and monitor for fraudulent activity.

Process revenue receipts.

Answer correspondence.

Process related work as required.

Additional duties will be discussed in detail during the interview.
