Minimum Qualifications Interested candidates must be reachable on the Program Aide eligible list or eligible to transfer under Section 70.1 of the Civil Service Law

To be eligible for a 70.1 transfer to a Program Aide, SG – 13, a candidate must have one year of competitive service in a qualifying title allocated to a salary grade 11 or higher

Duties Description • Utilize computerized systems to review monthly justice reports and determine the distribution of collected revenues based on established laws, rules, regulations guidelines, and procedures
• Assist in distribution processes for reported revenues of ancillary programs
• Review justice reports, converted electronic report files, schedules and certifications for completeness and accuracy
• Assist in post processing reviews of monthly justice reports to verify proper revenue distribution and identify needed prior period corrections
• Assist in ensuring compliance with reporting and processing requirements
• Serve as principal assistant to associate examiner responsible for overseeing processing of monthly justice reports
• Communicate with various individuals to field questions, elicit and convey information, and resolve issues
• Collaborate with work unit supervisors and staff to resolve reporting and processing issues
• Collect and analyze data and prepare reports
• Respond to customers and provide assistance, following unit procedures
• Maintain records, correspondence, documents, and materials, pursuant to unit guidelines.
• Prepare correspondence, documents, records, and other written material.
