Job Specifics

Minimum Qualifications You must take the Civil Service test or there are two examinations held for this position or have one year satisfactory hands-on experience in the operation and maintenance of boilers and auxiliary equipment or HVAC equipment in commercial and industrial facilities. Must have high pressure steam certification and license.

Duties Description Assist in the operation maintenance and repair of mechanical and electrical equipment providing heat and hot water and ventilation, air conditioning, and electrical distribution in a safe and efficient manner.
