Minimum Qualifications MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

52.6 Transfer Qualifications: This position is designated administrative under Section 52.6 of the Civil Service Law and may be filled by administrative transfer under that section. The incumbent must have one year of permanent competitive service in a title G-25, M-1 or above designated “Administrative” under Section 52.6 of the Civil Service Law.
Preferred Qualifications: Candidates who meet the 52.6 transfer qualifications and possess extensive federal program reporting experience gained while working for a NYS agency are encouraged to apply. Applicants without direct experience in federal program reporting in an NYS agency will not be considered. All applicants must submit a resume and cover letter, which clearly describes their federal program reporting experience.
Duties Description STANDARD DUTIES:
Under the general direction of the Chief of Research and Evaluation, the Program Research Specialist 4 (HSV) will be responsible for overseeing the production of federal performance reports and monitoring compliance with data standards for programs funded under the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act and conducting research into various programs and initiatives.
