Job Specifics

Minimum Qualifications YOU MUST BE A CURRENT STATE EMPLOYEE TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR APPOINTMENT TO THIS POSITION.

Eligible for 52.6 transfer by having one year of permanent, competitive service in an appropriate title; or eligible for a lateral transfer.

Duties Description 1. Conduct scheduled and adhoc vulnerability scans.
2. Analyze, prioritize, and report vulnerability scan findings.
3. Coordinate with ITS Infrastructure groups the remediation of reported vulnerabilities.
4. Verify hardening of servers.
5. Processing and recertifying vulnerability exceptions.
6. Verify ITS system patching.
7. Maintain Tenable software for SecurityCenter, Nessus Manager, and Nessus Agents
8. Monitoring and analyzing Firewall and IDS alerts
