Minimum Qualifications Permanent service as a Developmental Assistant 1 or Developmental Assistant 2 in a New York State agency eligible for
transfer
OR
At least one year of permanent service in the title of Direct Support Assistant, Grade 9, eligible for 70.1 transfer pursuant to
Civil Service Law
OR
Reachable on the current New York State Civil service list

Duties Description The candidate will supervise direct care staff in the delivery of services to the individuals residing
in the residence. Will perform direct care duties as required. Will be assigned management
administrative, program and client care responsibilities.

Additional Comments For CSEA positions: Local Bidding Agreements will be honored.
