Minimum Qualifications MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
• In title Program Aide, Grade 13
or
• Eligible for 70.1 transfer by way of current permanent status in a title deemed comparable to a Program Aide, Grade 13 by the Department of Civil Service.
Duties Description POSITION DESCRIPTION:
• Reconcile bank accounts state and sole custody bank accounts
• Work with districts across the state on ensuring aged items are timely resolved
• Work with Acumatica (accounting application) staff to ensure individuals deposits are timely and accurately posted
• Supervise staff
