Job Specifics

Minimum Qualifications One year of permanent competitive service as a Business Document Specialist 5, Grade 20 or one year of permanent competitive service in a position at the Grade 23 level or above eligible to transfer under Section 52.6 of the Civil Service Law.

Duties Description The incumbent of this position, under the general supervision of the Director of the Division, would assist in the management, administration, fiscal planning, financial control and formulation of goals, objectives and policies of the Division. The incumbent of the position will also have day-to-day operational responsibility for all staff and non-personal service resources within the Division.
