Job Specifics

Minimum Qualifications YOU MUST BE A CURRENT STATE EMPLOYEE TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR APPOINTMENT TO THIS POSITION.

Eligible for 52.6 transfer by having one year of permanent, competitive service in an appropriate title; or eligible for a lateral transfer.

Duties Description The new hire will be trained to take over the development tasks of the incumb ent. Such tasks are critical to maintain the efficiency of th e team to support the DBL syste m to process new busin ess, Renewals, aud its, and paid family le ave. His/ her responsibilities will inc lude the following
• Using NYSIF soflware development framework to support the enhnnccmcnt of DBL software.
• Maintain and mod i!) • information pagessystem us ing PL/SQL and adobe
• Create and modify PUSQL procedures and packages
• Create and modi fy web services .
• Analysis and design
• Cocling using the following technologies: Visual Basic.Net, XML, HTML, Java Script and Oracle. Not filling this positi on will prevent us from reducing our reliance on consultant s taff for new in itiatives and maint ain ing exist ing applications.
