Minimum Qualifications YOU MUST BE A CURRENT STATE EMPLOYEE TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR APPOINTMENT TO THIS POSITION.

Eligible for 52.6 transfer by having one year of permanent, competitive service in an appropriate title; or eligible for a lateral transfer.

Duties Description This position is requested for the Compensation and Medical Payments Applications unit in the Albany division of ITS. The candidate will assist with daily production support of Medical and/or Compensation systems and processes as well as participate in new and on­going application development efforts. The candidate will be expected to have a strong development background since our applications are being developed with newer technology. This grade 18 is being requested to alleviate the backlog of projects which are building in our area due to new initiatives and an increase in Claims related projects. Projects which could fall under this Grade l 8's responsibilities include, but are not limited to, enhancements and upkeeping of the following: ATF system, Comppay System, Claims Batch System, MedPay System, Payment Extracts, Bill Logging, IME, INV, Index ISO Reporting, Provider.
The candidate should be familiar with standard application development tools of C#, .NET, ASP.NET, PL/SQL, Oracle Packages, XML, HTML, CSS, JavaScript and JQuery.
