Job Specifics

Minimum Qualifications Licensed and currently registered to practice nursing in New York State AND at least one year of post licensure clinical nursing experience.

Duties Description Provide nursing services to inmates incarcerated at Gouverneur Correctional Facility. Services may include, but are not limited to, nursing interventions and their documentation, case findings, health teaching/counseling and provision of supportive and/or restorative care. You will also participation staff training, prepare clinical/administrative reports, maintain infection control standards and function as a team member of a treatment team.
