Job Specifics

Minimum Qualifications Must be licensed and currently registered to practice nursing in New York State AND have one year of full-time post-RN licensure clinical nursing experience.

Duties Description Administers medications to individuals and monitors individuals for reactions, records vitals, monitors symptoms or changes in individuals conditions. Conducts health assessments, diagnose and treat individual to actual, proten9tal or diagnosed health problems through the provision of care supportive to or restorative of life and well-being; and execute medical regimens prescribed by a license health care provider. Nurses also serve on interdisciplinary health care teams and health related committees to plan and implement health care.

Additional Comments The salary range includes an increased hiring rate of $5,376 and geographical pay differential of $7,000. The maximum salary listed also includes a shift differential of $7,000 for the overnight shift. There is also a possible shift pay differential of $5,000 for the evening shift.
