Job Specifics

Minimum Qualifications Nurse 1/SG-14 Must be licensed to practice nursing in New York State.

Nurse 2/SG-16 Minimum qualifications for taking the open competitive examination: must be licensed and currently registered to practice nursing in New York State AND have on year of full-time post-RN licensure clinical nursing experience.

Duties Description Fulfill duties and responsibilities to administer the delivery of direct health care service in a correctional setting. Administers health care in compliance with department HSPM guidelines, professional nursing laws and guidance.
