Job Specifics

Minimum Qualifications Possession of a license to practice as a Registered Professional Nurse in New York State and one year of post licensure clinical nursing experience.

Duties Description Administers medication to individuals and monitors individuals for reactions, records vitals, monitors symptoms or changes in individuals conditions. Conducts health assessments, diagnose and treat individuals to actual, potential or diagnosed health problems through the provision of care supportive to or restorative of life and wellbeing; and execute medial regimen prescribed by a licensed health care provider. Nurses also serve on interdisciplinary health care teams and health related committees to plans and implement health care.
