Minimum Qualifications YOU MUST BE A CURRENT STATE EMPLOYEE TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR APPOINTMENT TO THIS POSITION.

Eligible for 52.6 transfer by having one year of permanent, competitive service in an appropriate title; or eligible for a lateral transfer.

Duties Description NYSIF ITS Data Warehouse/Business Intelligence team is requesting to hire a new programmer, the new programmers will be dedicated to support Ad-Hoc data needs form R&A, Actuarial, and other departments. The right candidates should have strong database knowledge, coding experience, problem solving skills and necessary computer background education. Experience in Oracle, Python, R, JavaScript, C#, Java Spotfire, ETL tools are a necessity.
