Job Specifics

Minimum Qualifications Apply by: Open Until Filled

Applicants must be physically able to perform the tasks of the position and be able to understand and carry out written or oral instructions. Valid NYS Drivers License required. Candidates may be expected to be qualified to use negative pressure respirators.

Duties Description Ability to lift 80 pounds, work outside, work in tight confined spaces, ability to follow all safety precautions and wear personal protection equipment. Ability to perform cleaning duties of mechanical & heating equipment as well as work and clean in machine rooms. Ability to carry, climb and work on a 8 ft step ladder. Possess an understanding of basic electrical and mechanical equipment such as heating, cooling, refrigeration, and ventilation systems. Valid NYS Drivers License Required.
