Job Specifics

Minimum Qualifications Possession of a license and current registration to practice pharmacy in New York State.

Duties Description Would be responsible for the provision of pharmaceutical care, including the review, monitoring, dispensing, distribution of inpatient/outpatient medications. You would also be responsible for providing drug information, conducting medication counseling, supervising pharmacy aides. Maintain, update pharmacy records/drug information systems. Monitor/maintain pharmaceutical storage areas and inventory levels.

Additional Comments This item is per diem; pay is hourly. Workweek is days, M-F as needed.
