Salary RangeFrom $37507 to $46103 Annually
Minimum Qualifications FOR PERMANENT APPOINTMENT:
One year of permanent competitive or 55b/c service as an Office Assistant 2, OR reachable on the Office Assistant 2 eligible list OR one year of permanent competitive or 55b/c service in a title eligible to transfer via Section 70.1 of the Civil Service Law.
FOR PROVISIONAL APPOINTMENT- One year of permanent competitive or 55b/c service as an Office Assistant 1 or in a clerical or keyboarding title allocated to Grade 5 or higher.

Duties Description This position is located in the Administrative Services Bureau
DUTIES:
•Assist with records management, including use of the OAG’s online records database, and physical relocation of records.
•Assist in conference room set-up for large meetings.
•Assist in delivery of supplies, including cases of paper, to bureaus throughout the building.
•Answer calls to Administrative Services Bureau and assist customers.
•Assist in updating and maintaining various Administrative Services databases.
•Provide backup coverage in mail room when needed. Includes sorting and delivering mail throughout office.
•Provide backup coverage for Print shop when needed. Includes operation of high production copy machines and scanners.
•Perform supervisory duties.
•Must be able to lift a 50-pound box of paper.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
