Duties Description The Office Assistant 2 (Calculations) will be responsible for supporting activities of Student Accounts under the supervision of the Coordinator for Student Accounts.
In order to maintain a welcoming environment for prospective students, students, community members, and visiting College staff, the duties of this position include, but are not limited to: Respond to inquiries regarding students' accounts, payment plans, registrations, financial aid and sponsor reimbursements; Provide students and staff with professional customer service, including telephone, e-mail or in person inquiries; Review account balances and issue refunds; Review sponsorship documents for content and completeness, assist with sponsor billing; Electronically store documents; Actively participate in college activities
