Minimum Qualifications MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Six years of experience, including two at a supervisory level, in at least two of the
following office services: property or space management, warehouse, and inventory operations, purchasing, fleet or parking management, telecommunications, mail room operations, printing, or records management and retention.
Substitution: A bachelor’s or higher degree may substitute for four years of the non-supervisory experience. An associate degree may substitute for two years of the non-supervisory experience.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Ability to initiate and maintain relationships across a diverse set of stakeholders
Duties Description STANDARD DUTIES:
The Project Coordinator duties will include:
- Assist Property staff with office space planning, coordinating office moves, vendor management, and project planning.
- Assist Office Services staff with fleet management, equipment transfers, inventory control, and project planning.
- Assist Security staff with site assessments, contract guard oversight and training, equipment maintenance and installation, and project planning.
- Assist Emergency Management staff with emergency plans, training, equipment delivery and tracking, and project planning.
