Minimum Qualifications There are no education or experience requirements associated with this position.
Duties Description Answer switchboard and direct calls to appropriate staff in a prompt, courteous and helpful manner and take messages for offices when necessary. As receptionist, greet and assist the public, answering questions and directing to appropriate staff when necessary. Sort incoming/outgoing mail and receive/distribute packages, schedule conference rooms, and receive and send faxes. Process invoices for payment. Sell hunting & fishing licenses and process bait license permits. Issue LG Island boat passes, Empire passports, metal detector permits, make campground pavilion/shelter reservations, and forwards applications to the public requesting annual bus passes.
Additional Comments This is a part-time, hourly position funded through 03/31/2023. Program needs and/or funding will determine the actual termination date of the position which may be prior to the date indicated here. Actual work schedule, duties and travel requirements may vary and will be discussed at interview.
