Minimum Qualifications One year of permanent, competitive class service as a Senior Administrative Analyst; or, one year of permanent, competitive class service in a title approved by the Department of Civil Service for transfer under Sections 52.6 or 70.1 of the Civil Service Law.
Titles eligible for transfer to the Trainee 1 level include, but are not limited to: Administrative Assistant 2, Program Aide.
Titles eligible for transfer to the journey level include, but are not limited to: Claims Services Representative 1, Business Systems Analyst, Human Resources Specialist 1, Underwriter 1.
Duties Description Under the direction of the Public Buildings Manager 3, the Senior Administrative Analyst will oversee location support staff, contract workers, landlords and vendors in support of building operations, maintenance, assigned parking, security and other location related matters. The Sr. Admin Analyst will oversee agency health and safety directives such as PPE inventory and distribution, disinfecting and cleaning as needed. Additional duties include staff seating assignments and monitoring the location administrative mailbox and facilitate resolutions to complaints. The Sr. Admin Analyst will also cover duties of other property services staff during absences. In addition to these responsibilities, the Sr. Admin Analyst will support handle all administrative matters as needed.
