An employee with less than one year contingent permanent or permanent competitive service may be eligible for reassignment to a different geographic location only if the employee is reachable for appointment in the new location.

Duties Description STANDARD DUTIES: As an Office Assistant 2 in the Division of Labor Standards, you would provide assistance with office clerical functions such as
• Preparing correspondence, documents, records and other written material
• Assist with gathering and compiling data for reports
• Perform clerical and office support activities such as processing applications, requests, and inquiries, filing, database entry and maintenance, server maintenance and backup, handling phone calls, office supply ordering, and office mail.

Position specific job duties may include occasional altered work schedule or job assignments which require availability and willingness to work occasional evening and/or out-stationed assignments.
