Minimum Qualifications MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

70.1 TRANSFER QUALIFICATIONS: One year of permanent, contingent-permanent, or 55b/c service as a grade 7 or higher determined to be similar by Civil Service.

Examples of non-qualifying titles are: Developmental Disabilities Secure Care Treatment Aide 1, Direct Support Assistant, Food Service Worker 1, Licensed Practical Nurse, Mental Health Therapy Aide, Security Services Assistant, and Youth Division Aide.

Duties Description STANDARD DUTIES: As an Office Assistant 2 Calculations in the Division of Labor Standards, the incumbent will provide office support and perform more complicated clerical tasks. The incumbent will:
• Perform complicated mathematical operations.
• Performing complicated clerical activities related to mathematical operations.
• Calculation’s activities may include creating or editing spreadsheets, using calculators, and using other calculations-related devices or programs.
• Your duties may include performing various financial, purchasing, or statistical functions

Position specific job duties may include occasional altered work schedule or job assignments which require availability and willingness to work occasional evening and/or out-stationed assignments.
