Salary RangeFrom $83550 to $105472 Annually
Minimum Qualifications One year of permanent, contingent permanent, or 55 B/C service allocated to a Grade 23 or higher eligible for transfer and determined to be similar by Civil Service.

Duties Description The Senior Architect duties will include but are not limited to the following:
• Provide technical assistance on code issues to local government officials, design professionals, and the general public.
• Participate in the general administration and enforcement of the code, providing advice and guidance to individuals and groups.
• Assist or otherwise perform technical reviews of plans and specifications to insure conformance with the uniform code.
• Assist in the process for rule making concerning the amendments to the Uniform Code and the Energy
Code.
• Research, draft, and prepare proposed amendments, and assist in the promulgation of official interpretations.
• Provide post disaster damage assessments and supervise volunteer code enforcement disaster assistance response program participants.
