Minimum Qualifications MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Permanent service as an Office Assistant 1 (Keyboarding)

Duties Description POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Office Assistant 1 (Keyboarding) supports day to day operations of an Article 16 clinic.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Duties may include but are not limited to:
• General clerical duties
• Maintain Article 16 database input and reporting
• Monitors multiple shared email accounts and distributes to appropriate Treatment Coordinator/Discipline Coordinators or QIDP for clinic processing.
• Coordinate and schedule rooms for Article 16 services in Building 16 per clinician request.
• Submits Facility Max tickets for Article 16 spaces
• In rotation for clinic telephone coverage
• Assist clinical staff with basic IT needs
