Minimum Qualifications 52.6 TRANSFER QUALIFICATIONS:
Current New York State employee with one year or more permanent, contingent/permanent or 55b/c service in a position allocated to a Grade 16 or higher and deemed Administrative by the Department of Civil Service may be eligible for transfer under section 52.6 of the Civil Service Law.*
70.1 TRANSFER QUALIFICATIONS:
Current New York State employee with one year or more of permanent, contingent/permanent or 55 b/c service in a position allocated to a Grade 18 or above and eligible for transfer under section 70.1 of the Civil Service Law.*
*Consecutive transfers cannot result in an increase of more than two salary grades.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Excel, PayServ, and LATS experience
• Ability to initiate and maintain relationships across a diverse set of stakeholders
Duties Description As a Payroll Examiner 3 the duties will include but are not limited to processing payroll transactions, time and attendance transaction sheets, miscellaneous payment spreadsheets, and performing miscellaneous payroll functions.
