Minimum Qualifications Open Competitive Minimum Qualifications: must have a high school diploma, or a high school equivalency diploma issued by a recognized state educational authority, or a USAFI GED high school certificate AND one of the following:
Either 1. Six years of industrial manufacturing experience, of which three years must have been at the supervisory level;
Or 2. A certificate in Manufacturing Management from an accredited program AND five years of industrial manufacturing experience, of which three years must have been at the supervisory level.
Or 3. An associate’s degree or higher in engineering, industrial management, industrial technology, or manufacturing technology AND four years of industrial manufacturing experience, of which three years must have been at the supervisory level.
