Minimum Qualifications To be considered for permanent appointment, candidates must be reachable on the current Civil Service eligible list(s) or be eligible for reassignment or transfer in accordance with Civil Service Law.

Duties Description Duties may include, but are not limited to:

• Regional Liaison to Seneca Nation
• Coordinate regional review of Municipal or agency submissions to NYSDOT including State Environment Quality Review(SEQR), Site Plan Reviews, and Transportation Studies
• Manage funding reviews and reimbursements for municipalities and MPO
• Coordinate development and tracking of candidate projects
• Process other assignments and functions as needed to support the mission of the Planning and Program Management Group.

Responsibilities may include serving a role within the Incident Command System to support the department’s response to regional and statewide emergency situations.

Additional Comments *Telecommuting: The Department’s current telecommuting agreement is valid through December 31, 2022 and is subject to extension beyond that date.
