Duties Description The NYS DMV is looking for a motivated process analyst to support the growing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) requirements of the agency and to provide content management support to the agency’s web services office. An acceptable candidate must be able to quickly internalize requirements from various business units, align those requirements with CRM capabilities, and recommend deployment options. The candidate must actively pursue improvements to existing processes and methods and be capable of presenting justification for recommendations. A preferred candidate will have CRM experience and data manipulation and reporting skills.

Duties:
• Administer CRM user accounts (on and off-boarding)
• Build or modify reports as requested by business units or management
• Collaborate with DMV’s CRM support vendor(s) for advanced change requirements
• Explore CRM capabilities to improve knowledge and proactively recommend improvements
• Implement accessibility fixes to maintain compliance with accessibility standards and best practices
• Learn adjacent systems to enhance CRM deployments and improve customer service
• Maintain existing CRM implementations
o Provide timely support for business units requiring updates to public forms
o Work with business units to understand and implement back-end process changes
o Resolve errors experienced by the end-users and relayed by business unit
• Create new CRM implementations
o Quickly learn business unit existing processes
o Gather reporting and legal requirements
o Communicate deployment options based on CRM capabilities
o Consider multiple options of achieving unit goals and make recommendations
o Advocate for the customer’s “outsider” perspective while still meeting DMV’s needs
o Update business unit on build progress and meet project deadlines
o Provide demonstrations of end-to-end functionality to business unit and executives
o Compose manuals and training documents as necessary
• Help manage DMV intranet and internet content and functionality
• Perform ongoing, proactive review and analysis of content, site layout and information architecture, and identify areas to improve.
• Collaborate with other business units on agency projects and initiatives.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience with Oracle and/or Drupal is a plus.
