Minimum Qualifications MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

52.6 TRANSFER QUALIFICATIONS: One year of permanent competitive or 55b/c service in a Grade 23 or higher title determined to be administrative under Section 52.6 of the Civil Service Law may be eligible for transfer. *

Duties Description STANDARD DUTIES:

As an Investigative Officer 4 Unemployment Insurance in the Office of Special Investigations the incumbent will perform the following duties but not limited to:
• Oversee all statewide investigations including those from Major Case Unit and Incarcerated Individuals Cross Matches.
• Act as liaison with USDOL-OIG, ASO, UID, OER, Personnel, District Attorneys and law enforcement.
• Prepare monthly and annual reports for upper management.
• Initiate and distribute policies in coordination with Investigative Officer 4’s and the Director of OSI.
• Handle all special projects referred by the Director of OSI.

Note: As this position requires travel, the appointee must have a valid license to operate a motor vehicle in New York State and have a motor vehicle or otherwise demonstrate their capacity to meet the transportation needs of the position.
