Minimum Qualifications Permanent service in this title, or one year of permanent competitive or 55 b/c service as a SG-11 or higher and otherwise eligible for transfer under Civil Service Law, or reachable on the Civil Service eligible list for this title

Duties Description The Program Aide will be assigned to the Office of Program Development and Funding’s (OPDF’s) Administration Grants Unit. Under the supervision of a Criminal Justice Program Representative 2, the Program Aide will be responsible for aiding staff throughout OPDF, which includes four other grant units, along with assisting OPDF executive staff. The Program Aide’s primary responsibilities will include: Grants Management System (GMS) oversight and technical support, Grants Gateway data entry and administrative support, funding mailbox support, preparing Excel and Crystal Reports and the Monthly Statistical Reports, data entry of contract information, federal reporting, purchase orders, award letters, and providing general assistance to all OPDF Program Representatives and Managers.
