Salary RangeFrom $46529 to $77912 Annually
Minimum Qualifications One year of permanent, competitive class service as a Senior Administrative Analyst; or, one year of permanent, competitive class service in a title approved by the Department of Civil Service for transfer under Sections 52.6 or 70.1 of the Civil Service Law.
Titles eligible for transfer to the Trainee 1 level include, but are not limited to: Administrative Assistant 2, Program Aide.
Titles eligible for transfer to the journey level include, but are not limited to: Claims Services Representative 1, Business Systems Analyst, Human Resources Specialist 1, Underwriter 1.
Duties Description The Senior Administrative Analyst will manage invoice and travel processing, perform weekly check runs, generate monthly reports, assist in the review and update of organizational policy and procedural manuals and maintain a high level of customer service to both internal and external payees. In addition to these responsibilities, the Senior Administrative Analyst will support and handle all administrative matters as needed.
