Duties Description POSITION DESCRIPTION:
The Office Assistant 3 will oversee the Accounts Payable and Cash Office Departments.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Office Assistant 3 will be responsible for the supervision and coordination of the Accounts Payable department and functions, resolving issues with vendors, accessing the Statewide Financial System to address payment approvals and resolve any issues; supervision of the Cash Office department which includes oversight of all funds coming into the Business Office, distribution of Personal Allowance and service recipient’s payroll checks, bank reconciliations and other financial reporting, Personal Allowance and Acumatica training; other duties as needed.
