Minimum Qualifications 70.1 Transfer Qualifications: One year of permanent, competitive service in a title designated as appropriate for transfer under Section 70.1 of the Civil Service Law. Such titles include: Program Aide, Administrative Assistant 1, Administrative Assistant 2, Payroll Examiner 1, Payroll Examiner 2, Office Assistant 3, Office Assistant 3 (Calculations).

Job Summary:
This individual will be directly supervised by the Administrative Specialist 1. As a critical support person for
Milk Control & Dairy Services, this individual will perform licensing related duties and track and complete
grant deliverables. Additional items will include gathering, review, and evaluate information required by
professionals to conduct financial and program audits and assist in the preparation, review, evaluation, and
analysis of a variety of reports and other documents specific to the assignment.
