Duties Description The candidate will be the supervising member of the Metro DDSO Quality Management department and will oversee Incident Management, Quality Management, Medical Records, Medicaid Compliance Liaison, and the TABS Coordinator.

The person is responsible to ensure regulatory compliance (IE: Incident Review, Medicaid Compliance, etc.) and policy and procedures implementation at Metro DDSO.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to Chair of the Informed Consent Committee, oversee the Medicaid Compliance Liaison, coordinate OMIG audit protocols, ensure pre-survey visits occur in the Residential and Day Program, ensure plans of corrective action (POCA) are completed and implemented for all DQI statements of deficiencies, liaison with the Incident Management Unit. The person will also ensure that all training needs related to regulatory compliance are followed. The person will report to and perform other duties as determined by the Director of Quality Management.
