Minimum Qualifications TRANSFER QUALIFICATIONS
One year of permanent, contingent permanent, or 55 B/C service allocated to a Grade 6 or higher eligible for transfer and determined to be similar by Civil Service.
55 B/C QUALIFICATIONS
Individuals certified eligible for the 55 B/C program under the Governor's Program to Hire Persons/Veterans with Disabilities pursuant to Section 55 B/C of the Civil Service Law will also be considered. Please provide a copy of your letter of eligibility with your response.

Duties Description DUTIES:
The Business Document Specialist 1/ Trainee (Call Center) duties will include but are not limited to the
following:
• Answer phone calls from the public using the VCC phone system and enter call information into the
CRM System.
• Search corporate documents and processes requests submitted by the public.
• Process credit card transactions for requests submitted to the Division of Corporations.
• Print individual operator cash report and verify such report with fees processed.
